ABOUT
Civil engineering projects’ analysis and design needed automation. With adequate development in field of structure engineering analysis in form of finite element methods, automation became possible. In addition to this, automatic graphics was needed for automation in civil engineering.
This is an attempt to develop automatic solution of civil engineering by integrating FEM and graphic in one platform i.e. ASCE-2000 (Automatic Solution for Civil Engineering). An independent vector format has been developed for graphics which can be used to develop drawings and translate engineering structure in 2D skeleton and 3D skeleton as per requirement in finite element methods. It also includes integrated analysis and design of large civil engineering projects like buildings, bridges & towers which is available in the software.
